During my recent culinary retreat at the Cliff Hall, I was pleasantly surprised by the balance of comfort and gastronomic offerings. The buffet-style breakfast was noteworthy, featuring a variety of options designed to cater to diverse diets, including vegetarian choices and traditional English fare. I particularly appreciated the attention to dietary requirements, though the vegetable sausages were rather small, a minor note in an otherwise satisfying meal. The evening atmosphere in the lounge, with its garden view and a selection of wines, allowed for a relaxing end to the day. While the decor in my room felt slightly dated, the essential comforts were there, providing a cozy environment for reflection on the day's experiences. Located conveniently near Shanklin Beach and local eateries, the Cliff Hall presents a solid option for those seeking a peaceful yet fulfilling escape, with the culinary aspect enhancing the overall experience.
